Description

Except for the textured pistol grips for superior grip and control, this Nuprol Raven MEU Series 1911 Airsoft Pistol is an updated version of an old favourite.

Depending on your play style, whatever fits you or the Game mission best, we have an 11mm anticlockwise thread at the front of the pistol barrel for use with thread adaptors to enable various tactical muzzle devices like silencer and tracer units.

Next, let's talk about the 1911 slide. It features a classic, uncomplicated design with some contemporary touches, including the shaved grooves on the front and rear of the upper slide that improve grip whether or not gloves are worn. Additionally, the Slide's weight is reduced, and the grooves enable faster cycle times.

In keeping with the contemporary design, the trigger is skeletonized and has three holes drilled to help reduce weight; nonetheless, this is primarily done for cosmetic purposes and to complete the pistol's look.

The handgun is made of a durable metal and features a polymer nozzle and magazine base plate. Every time you squeeze the trigger, the alloy build and weight produce a solid and pleasant recoil action that makes it easy to lose yourself in the operator role.

This Airsoft handgun has an adjustable Hop-Up device that is accessible when the Slide is taken from the Frame for cleaning purposes. Its purpose is to increase the spin of the BB, giving you more shooting options depending on the situation and improving accuracy and range.

The 1911's grip panels are modern in style and have extra texturing to ensure a firm hold on the handgun in any condition, with or without gloves. The triangular indentations, which match the appearance of spec ops, further emphasise the sleek, futuristic style.

A right-handed manual safety and a beavertail handle safety are the two inbuilt safety features of the handgun. The manual safety switch is conveniently located at the rear of the frame on either side of the handgun, under the shooter's thumb. When not in use, this safety can be utilised to control muzzle ascent and slow down rapid pointing at multiple targets by using it as a thumb rest in the 'gas pedal'

Using your forefinger, slide the airsoft handgun into the slot on the left side of the top to engage the safety, whether the raven pistol is cocked or not.

When the safeguard is engaged, the Slide and the trigger are both locked. The secondary safety, sometimes referred to as the "beavertail grip safety," is a distinctive feature of the 1911/Hi-CAPA. It keeps the handgun from firing unless the safety is depressed and it is gripped correctly. This promotes a solid shooting grip and deters unintentional discharges when drawing from or holstering up.

The beavertail safety is located behind the grip and can be engaged by gripping the handgun with the protrusion pushed in.

A range of BB weights can be accommodated by adjusting the Hop-Up unit.
The pistol has a number of safety features, including a trigger disconnect safety built into the extended beavertail grip that prevents the weapon from firing when held incorrectly and a trigger lock safety that prevents accidental discharge while in a holster but can only be engaged when the weapon is cocked.

The pistol has a 20mm rail that can be used to mount flashlights and laser aiming devices. This is rapidly becoming a necessity in the modern Airsoft primary pistol market, allowing you to customise your M1911/MEU BB gun however you like.
