The SAI BLU is the first production handgun from SAI. It was designed, built, and sold by Salient Arms alone. Salient Arms made the SAI BLU with input from real-life users to bridge the gap between the M&P's comfort and the Glock's dependability. The SAI BLU is made to work in the harshest conditions, no matter what the user asks of it. It has aggressive cocking serrations, an ergonomic grip and trigger guard, and backstraps that can be switched out.
The long-awaited EMG BLU is the next step in EMG's partnership with Salient Arms International. The latest model in the BLU line of firearms has a more modern brass backstrap and magazine release that look like the real BLU. Working together with the experts at SAI, the EMG / SAI BLU is made to be as real as possible, giving shooters and other enthusiasts the most accurate training analogue out there. The EMG / SAI BLU not only looks like its real-life cousin, but it also feels like it. It has a strong polymer frame, a polished aluminium slide and barrel assembly, and brass backstraps and a magazine release. With real rollmarks and logos on top of the look, it's hard to tell the difference between the 6mm and 9mm versions.
