terms & conditions

Terms and conditions

By placing an order you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not order.

1) Age-restricted products (18+)

All age-restricted products (including airsoft guns / imitation firearms, BB guns, knives, crossbows, etc.) are sold to persons aged 18 or over only. We do not supply age-restricted items to anyone under 18.
We may require proof of age before dispatch. If you do not provide acceptable ID when requested, we may cancel the order and refund (and/or deduct any direct costs we’ve incurred, where permitted).

2) Realistic Imitation Firearms (RIFs) – legal compliance (Great Britain)

Some airsoft guns are classed as Realistic Imitation Firearms (RIFs). In Great Britain, it is a criminal offence to sell, import, manufacture, or modify an imitation firearm so that it becomes a realistic imitation firearm, unless a legal defence applies.
Accordingly:
  • We will only supply a Realistic Imitation Firearm (RIF) where you can demonstrate a valid legal defence (for example, airsoft skirmishing-related purposes). The law recognises defences connected to “permitted activities” (including recreational military or law-enforcement scenario activities) where appropriate public liability insurance exists.
  • By placing an order and agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, you confirm and declare that you have carried out all necessary checks in relation to your permitted activity and that you have the required and appropriate public liability insurance in place for that activity.
  • We do not verify or provide advice on insurance arrangements, and it is your responsibility to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • We rely on this declaration when processing your order. Providing false or misleading information may result in cancellation of the order and may be reported where required by law.
  • If you cannot demonstrate a valid defence, we will only supply an imitation firearm that is clearly unrealistic in appearance, e.g., finished in an “unrealistic” bright colour or transparent material as set out in the Regulations.
  • We may request evidence (e.g., site membership / skirmisher registration details and/or other supporting information) and we may refuse or cancel any order if we are not satisfied.

3) Transporting and use (public places)

You must not carry an airsoft gun / imitation firearm in a public place without lawful authority or reasonable excuse (including when in transit).
If transporting, it should be unloaded, secured, and kept out of sight (e.g., in a bag or hard case).
Airsoft guns / imitation firearms must never be used to threaten, intimidate, or cause alarm. Never point or fire at any person or animal. Always use appropriate eye/face protection and follow product instructions.

4) Northern Ireland

Different rules and requirements may apply in Northern Ireland. We may require additional checks/documents, or we may be unable to supply certain items depending on delivery location. (We’ll flag this during order checks where relevant.)

RIF modification, painting & appearance changes (customer responsibility)

Where we supply an airsoft gun / imitation firearm in a non-realistic finish (including “two-tone” / bright colour / transparent finishes), you agree that you will not modify, repaint, re-dye, hydro-dip, coat, tape, wrap, replace external parts, or otherwise alter its appearance so that it becomes (or appears to become) a Realistic Imitation Firearm (RIF), unless you have a valid legal defence and are acting lawfully.
For the purposes of these Terms, a “realistic imitation firearm” is an imitation firearm that is so realistic as to be indistinguishable, for all practical purposes, from a real firearm (with certain exceptions).
You acknowledge and accept that altering the appearance of an imitation firearm may constitute an offence where no valid defence applies. We do not provide legal advice and it is your responsibility to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

No modification services / consequences

  • We do not offer painting, refinishing, “de-two-toning”, or any modification intended to make an imitation firearm appear realistic.
  • Any modification or misuse may void warranty and returns (to the extent permitted by law) and we accept no liability for losses arising from unlawful modification or unlawful use.
  • If we have reason to believe an order is intended to facilitate unlawful modification or unlawful use, we may refuse, cancel, and/or report the transaction where required by law.

DELIVERY (UK & general)

Dispatch times (aims, not guarantees)
From receipt of order, we aim to dispatch same working day for orders placed before 3:00pm (UK time) or the next working day where possible. Custom products and “breakers yard”/used items may take longer.
Delivery estimates
Delivery timeframes shown at checkout (or on our website) are estimates, not guaranteed dates. Unless we agree a specific delivery date with you, goods will be delivered without undue delay and within 30 days.
Tracking
You can track your delivery using the courier confirmation email, usually sent within 24 hours of dispatch.
Courier delays / compensation
We are not responsible for courier delays outside our reasonable control, but this does not affect your statutory rights.
Checking your order (shortfalls / damage / defects)
Please inspect your order promptly on arrival. Any shortages, damage in transit, or defects should be reported to us as soon as reasonably possible via our Contact Us page (include photos where relevant). This helps us investigate with the courier quickly.
Working days
“Working days” means Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays.

ORDERING & DELIVERY OUTSIDE THE UK (INTERNATIONAL)

Important: import / local laws
You are responsible for ensuring any items you order are legal to import/own/use in your destination country (and for checking any permits, age rules, or restrictions). If an item is delayed, seized, or refused by customs due to local rules, this is outside our control.
Pre-shipment testing (international orders)
Where practical, international orders may be function-tested before shipping to confirm working order at dispatch.
Customs, taxes, and fees
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, and handling charges, which are the customer’s responsibility.

Cancellation / “cooling off” (international)

If you are entitled to cancel under distance-selling rules, you remind customers they typically have 14 days after receiving goods to cancel.
If you cancel within that statutory period, refunds should include the cost of standard outbound delivery (but not any delivery upgrade/express option).
(Return postage is normally the customer’s responsibility unless the goods are faulty or we made an error.)

Faults / returns (international)

If goods are faulty, you may be entitled to a repair/replacement/refund under applicable consumer law. (UK guidance summarises the main rules, including the 30-day faulty-goods refund position.)
For international returns:
  • Returns must be requested via our online returns form and authorised before sending.
  • Include a copy of the original order confirmation and clearly display the returns number on the outside of the package.
  • Outbound and inbound delivery costs for international returns may not be refundable unless the item is faulty or we made an error.
Contact
If you have questions about international delivery/returns, contact us at sales@bbguns4less.co.uk or 0208 194 2000.

RETURNS POLICY

1) Unwanted goods (change of mind)

Your right to cancel (distance/online orders)
If you are a consumer buying online/at a distance, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of the day you receive the goods (the “cooling-off period”).
How to cancel
To cancel, you must notify us clearly (e.g., via our returns form / Contact Us page) within the 14-day period.
Returning goods after cancelling
After you cancel, you must send the goods back to us within 14 days of telling us you wish to cancel.
Condition of returns / handling
Returned items must be unused, complete, and returned with all parts, accessories, manuals, and packaging. You may handle goods only as you would in a shop to inspect them; if the goods show signs of use beyond this, we may make a deduction for any loss in value (where permitted).
Return postage
Return postage costs for unwanted items are paid by the customer (unless we supplied the wrong item).
Refunds (including outbound delivery)
If you cancel within the cooling-off period, we will refund the price paid and the cost of standard outbound delivery (if you paid for enhanced/express delivery, we refund only the standard delivery element).
We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back or you provide evidence of posting.

2) Custom / made-to-order items (including custom two-tone work)

Where an item has been made to your specifications or clearly personalised, the statutory right to cancel does not apply. This includes RIFs/two-tone items that we have painted/finished specifically to your request/order.
(Your statutory rights for faulty/not-as-described goods still apply.)

3) Faulty goods (statutory rights + our process)

If your item is faulty, not as described, or not of satisfactory quality, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Within 30 days of delivery
You may have the short-term right to reject and receive a refund if the goods are faulty.
After 30 days (and up to 6 months from delivery)
You are normally entitled to a repair or replacement in the first instance. If a fault appears within the first 6 months, it is generally presumed to have been present at delivery unless we can prove otherwise (or that presumption is incompatible with the goods/fault).
After 6 months
You may need to provide evidence the fault was present at delivery/purchase (e.g., an engineer report), depending on the circumstances.

How to report a fault

Please call 0208 194 2000 first. We will assess the issue and advise whether troubleshooting can resolve it or whether a return is required. Where a return is needed, it must be authorised and processed via our online returns form.

4) Misuse / modification / exclusions (what we won’t cover as a “fault”)

We may refuse a free repair/replacement/refund (or may charge for inspection/repair) where the issue is caused by misuse, accidental damage, or unauthorised modification, including (but not limited to):
  1. No proof of purchase / order reference.
  2. Physical damage from impact, dropping, crushing, water ingress, or overtightening/stripping screws.
  3. Missing parts/accessories caused after delivery.
  4. Painting, dyeing, refinishing, or altering the appearance (including attempts to “de-two-tone” or make an imitation firearm appear realistic).
  5. Disassembly, internal modification, or reassembly by an unqualified person.
  6. Damage caused by incorrect/incompatible ammunition (e.g., metal BBs, poor-quality misshapen BBs, or incorrect calibre).
  7. Battery damage caused by incorrect charging (overcharging, wrong charger, incorrect settings, puncture, or misuse).
  8. Normal wear and tear, consumables, cosmetic wear, or damage expected through use.
  9. Issues occurring outside any offered manufacturer/store warranty (this does not affect your statutory rights).
Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights where goods are genuinely faulty or misdescribed.

5) Returns must use our returns process

We only accept returns that have been authorised and submitted via our online returns form, so we can issue a returns reference and track your parcel. Unauthorised returns may be delayed and we cannot guarantee tracking/processing without a reference.

WARRANTY

Statutory rights

This warranty is provided in addition to your legal rights. Nothing in this warranty limits or excludes your statutory rights (including rights for faulty or misdescribed goods).

Warranty exclusions: tampering, modification, refinishing

Your warranty may be void and/or any repair may become chargeable if the product has been taken apart, modified, or altered in any way, including (but not limited to):
  • removing, covering, stripping or altering any two-tone finish applied at the time of sale;
  • repainting, dyeing, hydro-dipping, coating, wrapping, or otherwise changing the external appearance so it appears different to how it was supplied;
  • internal modifications, rewiring, upgrades, replacement internal parts, or reassembly by anyone other than our workshop or a suitably qualified technician.
Where unauthorised modification is suspected, we may require inspection/testing before agreeing any warranty work.

Breakers yard / spares & repair items (sold as broken)

Items listed as “Breakers Yard”, “Spares or Repair”, “For Parts”, “Sold as Seen”, or “Non-Working/Broken” are sold as broken/non-working and are not covered by any warranty. You understand and accept that these items may be incomplete, may have unknown faults, and may not be repairable.
This does not affect your statutory rights in the event that an item is misdescribed (for example, if it is materially different from the description on the listing).
If you want it even tighter, add this one sentence at the end of that paragraph:
Breakers yard items are intended for parts harvesting, refurbishment, or repair by competent persons only.

BB quality, reused BBs, and jamming (misuse)

Damage, jamming, misfeeds, or abnormal wear caused by incorrect, poor-quality, reused, misshapen, or unsuitable BBs is not covered under warranty.
If inspection indicates the fault is consistent with unsuitable BBs or misuse, we may refuse warranty repair/replacement and instead offer a chargeable repair option (where possible).

Accessories in bundles / sets

Accessories included within gun sets (for example: basic batteries, chargers, starter accessories) may be excluded from warranty cover where the fault is consistent with wear, misuse, or incorrect charging. Accessories purchased separately are covered under the applicable store/manufacturer warranty (where provided).

Gas guns and cold weather performance

Gas airsoft performance is affected by temperature and gas pressure. Reduced performance in cold conditions is not, by itself, a fault.
If our technicians test the item in suitable conditions and find it operating normally, the item will not be deemed faulty and warranty cover will not apply to the reported issue.

Lubricants: WD-40 / penetrating oils (not permitted)

Do not use WD-40, GT85, or other penetrating/impregnating oils. These can damage seals and internal components and may cause power loss, seal deterioration, or other faults. Use only airsoft-appropriate silicone-based lubricants recommended for your platform.
If inspection indicates damage consistent with unsuitable lubricants, the issue will be not covered under warranty and any repair will be chargeable.

Inspection, testing, and “no fault found”

If you return an item and our inspection/testing finds:
  • no manufacturing fault; and/or
  • the issue is caused by modification, unsuitable BBs, incorrect lubrication, incorrect charging, or misuse;
then the return may be treated as not covered under warranty. In these cases we may charge a reasonable inspection/diagnostic fee and/or return shipping costs before returning the item to you or proceeding with a paid repair.

REFUNDS

1) Change of mind (unwanted goods) – online/distance sales

If you are entitled to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you may cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods. You must then return the goods within 14 days of telling us you wish to cancel.
Condition of goods / deductions
Returned items must be unused, complete, and in original condition with all parts, accessories, manuals and packaging. You may handle goods only as you would in a shop to inspect them; if there is use/handling beyond this and the value is reduced, we may make a reasonable deduction.
Return postage (change of mind)
For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays the direct cost of return postage (unless we agree otherwise).
What we refund (change of mind)
If you cancel within the cooling-off period, we will refund:
  • the product price paid; and
  • the cost of standard outbound delivery (if you chose an upgraded/express delivery option, we refund only the standard delivery element).
When refunds are paid
Refunds are issued using the same payment method used at checkout (unless you agree otherwise) and will be made within 14 days of whichever is earlier:
  • us receiving the returned goods; or
  • you providing evidence you have sent them back (e.g., proof of postage).

2) Faulty / misdescribed goods

If goods are faulty, not as described, or not of satisfactory quality, your rights are covered by the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Faults within 30 days
You may have a short-term right to reject and receive a refund.
Return costs for faulty items
Where a fault is confirmed (or we supplied the wrong item), we will reimburse reasonable return postage costs or arrange an appropriate return method.
Refund timing (faulty goods)
Where a refund is due, we will process it promptly and by the original payment method.

3) Postage refunds (where applicable)

If we ask you to return an item due to a confirmed fault or our error, we will reimburse return postage up to £7.50 on presentation of a receipt (equivalent to a standard economy tracked service). If you choose a more expensive service without our prior approval, we will reimburse only up to the standard equivalent.
(For large/heavy items or specific cases, we may offer a collection instead.)

DUTY TO TAKE REASONABLE CARE

While the item is in your possession (and while in transit back to us), you are responsible for taking reasonable care of it, including appropriate packaging and choosing a suitable delivery service. Please obtain proof of postage/tracking. We are not responsible for loss or damage in transit where you have chosen the carrier and service.

TESTING / “NO FAULT FOUND”

We may test returned items. If testing shows:
  • no fault is present; and/or
  • the issue is caused by misuse, accidental damage, incorrect BBs, reused/low-quality BBs, incorrect lubrication, overcharging, or unauthorised modification,
then the return may be treated as not faulty, and you may be responsible for the cost of return postage and/or a reasonable inspection/diagnostic fee before the item is returned or repaired.
(Your statutory rights are unaffected where goods are genuinely faulty.)

CANCELLATION POLICY (additional goodwill)

Your statutory cancellation rights are described above (typically 14 days from receiving the goods for distance/online sales).
In addition, as a goodwill policy we may allow cancellations/returns up to 28 days from delivery for unused/unopened items (subject to our returns process). This goodwill policy does not apply to custom/personalised items and does not affect your statutory rights.
Where an item has been made to your specifications or clearly personalised, the statutory right to cancel does not apply. This includes RIFs/two-tone items that we have painted/finished specifically to your request/order.
(Your statutory rights for faulty/not-as-described goods still apply.)

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

1) Nothing affects your statutory rights

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights or remedies you have as a consumer under applicable law (including in relation to goods being as described, of satisfactory quality, and fit for purpose).

2) Liability we do not exclude (where we cannot legally do so)

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for:
  • death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
  • fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or
  • any other liability which cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

3) Consumer purchases (B2C)

If you are a consumer, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or our negligence. We are not responsible for losses that are not foreseeable.
We supply products for domestic and private use. If you use products for any commercial, business, or re-sale purpose, we will not be liable for business-related losses such as loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.

4) Business purchases (B2B)

If you are buying in the course of business, then (to the fullest extent permitted by law):
  • we will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of profit, revenue, contracts, data, goodwill, or business interruption; and
  • our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with your order (whether in contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise) will be limited to the amount you paid for the relevant goods/order.

5) Misuse, unlawful use, and failure to follow instructions

We are not responsible for loss, damage, injury, or legal consequences arising from:
  • misuse, abuse, negligence, or reckless handling;
  • unlawful use, threatening behaviour, or use in a public place without lawful authority/reasonable excuse;
  • failure to follow product instructions and safety guidance (including eye/face protection); or
  • unauthorised modification, including altering the appearance of imitation firearms/RIFs.

6) Events outside our control (force majeure)

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control (including courier disruption, customs delays, strikes, severe weather, supplier failures, or system outages). Where this happens, we will aim to keep you informed and resolve the issue as soon as reasonably possible.

7) Fairness and transparency

These limitations are intended to be fair and transparent and will be interpreted accordingly. If any part is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

What You Need to Know Before Purchasing an Airsoft Gun (RIF)

Realistic airsoft guns (often referred to as RIFs) are different from our more colourful “two-tone” imitation firearms. There are specific legal requirements that must be followed before purchasing.

1. Age Limit

To purchase a Realistic Imitation Firearm (RIF) (for example, a black or realistic-coloured airsoft gun), you must be at least 18 years old.
There is no legal minimum age for using an airsoft gun; however, anyone under 18 must be properly supervised by a responsible adult.

2. Permitted Activities (Legal Defence)

Under the Violent Crime Reduction Act 2006 (VCRA), the sale of Realistic Imitation Firearms is restricted. RIFs may only be sold where the purchaser has a valid legal defence, such as use for a recognised permitted activity.
Examples of permitted activities include:
  • Airsoft skirmishing at insured and organised game sites
  • Historical re-enactment events
  • Approved scenario-based recreational activities
During checkout, you will be required to confirm that you understand these legal responsibilities by ticking the relevant declaration box.

3. Insurance Cover

You are responsible for ensuring that you have appropriate insurance cover for your intended permitted activity (for example, skirmishing at an insured site).
We do not provide insurance and we do not verify insurance arrangements. You must ensure that you are adequately covered for:
  • Participation at airsoft or re-enactment events
  • Safe storage at home
  • Transport to and from permitted locations
By purchasing a RIF from us, you confirm that you have carried out the necessary checks and have suitable cover in place.

Violent Crime Reduction Act 2006 (VCRA)

What is it?

The Violent Crime Reduction Act 2006 is part of UK law covering a range of matters, including restrictions on the sale and manufacture of Realistic Imitation Firearms (RIFs).
For our purposes, the key section is the law controlling the sale of airsoft guns that closely resemble real firearms.
It is important that both we (the seller) and you (the buyer) comply with these requirements to ensure a lawful transaction.

Realistic Imitation Firearms (RIFs)

A Realistic Imitation Firearm (RIF) is an imitation firearm that looks like a real firearm to an ordinary person when viewed from a short distance.
This includes items that could reasonably be mistaken for a real gun, regardless of whether they are functional or not.
RIFs are legal to own and use, provided that certain legal conditions are met.

Conditions for Buying, Owning and Using a RIF

RIFs:
  • Must only be sold to persons aged 18 or over
  • Must only be supplied where the buyer has a valid legal defence
  • Must only be used for lawful purposes such as skirmishing or re-enactment

Conditions for Selling a RIF

To supply a RIF lawfully, we must inform you of the legal requirements and obtain confirmation that you understand them.
During checkout, you must tick the relevant Terms & Conditions box confirming that you acknowledge these responsibilities.

Permitted Activities Explained

The VCRA defines permitted activities as:
“The acting out of military or law enforcement scenarios for the purposes of recreation.”
This primarily refers to airsoft skirmishing, where individuals or teams participate in organised scenario-based games.

Where Should a RIF Be Used?

RIFs must not be carried or used in public places without lawful authority or reasonable excuse.
They should only be used:
  • On private land with permission
  • At insured and organised airsoft skirmish sites
  • At approved re-enactment events
Using a realistic imitation firearm in public is highly likely to cause alarm and may result in arrest.

Examples of appropriate locations include:
Private Land | Airsoft Sites | Re-enactment Sites | Organised Paintball/Airsoft Venues

IMPORTANT SAFETY AND LEGAL NOTICE

Airsoft guns must never be used in any way that could cause alarm, distress, intimidation, or danger to others.
It is an offence to carry an imitation firearm in a public place without reasonable excuse.
By purchasing a RIF from us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and will comply with these conditions of sale, and that the item will only be used for permitted lawful purposes.

UKARA / Airsoft Verification Schemes

Please note:
Being a member of schemes such as UKARA or other airsoft verification services may help demonstrate a skirmishing defence, but these schemes:
  • Confirm age and skirmisher status
  • Do not provide public liability insurance
  • Do not guarantee that you are legally covered in every situation
It is your responsibility to ensure you have appropriate insurance and lawful authority for the activities you participate in, including safe transport and storage.

If you require any additional information or clarification regarding the above, please do not hesitate to contact us.

General safety & legal compliance (apply to all restricted items)

By purchasing any age-restricted or potentially hazardous product from us, you confirm that:
  • you are 18 years or older and may be required to provide photo ID before dispatch;
  • you will use the product lawfully, safely, and strictly in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions;
  • you will store the product securely and prevent access by children or unauthorised persons; and
  • you accept responsibility for checking and complying with all applicable UK laws and any local restrictions.

Knives & bladed items (18+)

Knives and bladed items are age-restricted (18+) and we will not sell or deliver them to anyone under 18.
We may carry out age verification at checkout and/or require age verification on delivery.
You are responsible for lawful possession, storage, and use. Do not carry any knife in public without lawful authority or good reason, and never use any bladed item in a threatening manner.

Gas / CO₂ (pressurised items)

Gas and CO₂ products (including magazines/cartridges/capsules) are pressurised and can be hazardous if misused.
  • Do not expose to heat, puncture, crush, incinerate, or store in direct sunlight.
  • Use only the correct type and size specified for your product.
  • Keep away from children and never discharge towards a person or animal.
  • We are not responsible for damage, injury, or faults caused by incorrect gas/CO₂, over-pressurisation, or misuse.

Chargers, batteries & fire risk (including Li-ion)

Batteries and chargers can present a fire and burn risk if damaged, incorrectly charged, or used with unsuitable equipment.
  • Use only the correct charger for the battery type and voltage.
  • Do not charge unattended or near combustible materials (bedding/sofas/clothing).
  • Stop use immediately if a battery is swollen, leaking, unusually hot, damaged, or has been dropped hard.
  • Do not use counterfeit/unknown chargers or mixed/modified wiring.
Lithium battery failures can produce fire and toxic smoke; follow manufacturer guidance and store/charge responsibly.

LiPo batteries (additional warnings)

LiPo batteries require extra care due to increased risk of thermal runaway if misused.
  • Charge only with a LiPo-compatible balance charger set correctly for cell count.
  • Never charge damaged, swollen, punctured, wet, or hot LiPo batteries.
  • Store and charge in a safe location away from flammables and never block escape routes.
Any LiPo damaged through misuse, overcharging, incorrect charger use, or physical damage is not covered under warranty.

Airgun pellets / ammunition (18+)

Airgun pellets are age-restricted (18+) and we do not supply them to anyone under 18.
Pellets should be used only with suitable, legal-limit air weapons and only where you have permission and a safe backstop.
Many pellets contain lead: wash hands after handling and keep away from food and children.

Slingshots / catapults

Slingshots/catapults must be used responsibly.
  • Use only on private land with permission and with a safe backstop.
  • Never aim at or use against any person or animal.
  • Do not carry in public in a way that could cause alarm or be treated as an offensive weapon.
We sell slingshots/catapults as 18+ items and may request ID prior to dispatch.

Blank-firing guns / starting pistols & blank rounds (18+)

Blank-firing guns and starting pistols can be classed as imitation firearms (and sometimes realistic imitation firearms), and misuse can cause serious alarm and legal consequences.
  • Treat all blank-firing guns as if they are capable of causing serious injury at close range.
  • Never fire towards any person/animal or at close range, and always wear hearing/eye protection.
  • It may be an offence to possess an imitation firearm in a public place without reasonable excuse; transport securely and out of sight.
Blank rounds are not toys and must be stored securely away from children and heat sources.

Safety glasses / goggles disclaimer (T&Cs)

Eye protection – customer responsibility

Eye protection is strongly recommended (and may be mandatory at some venues) when using or observing airsoft guns, slingshots, airguns, blank-firing guns, or any projectile-firing product.
You are responsible for ensuring that any safety glasses/goggles you purchase from us are suitable for your intended use, fit correctly, are worn properly, and are appropriate for the level of impact risk involved. You must inspect eye protection before each use and discontinue use immediately if it is damaged, scratched, cracked, loose, modified, or has suffered an impact.
We do not provide professional safety advice. You should follow the manufacturer’s guidance and any rules set by your site/venue (including any required impact ratings/standards) to ensure your eye protection is suitable for the activity.

Limitation of liability (eye protection)

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for injury, loss, or damage arising from:
  • failure to wear suitable eye/face protection;
  • incorrect selection, incorrect fit, misuse, modification, or failure to inspect/replace eye protection; or
  • use of eye protection outside the manufacturer’s stated ratings, instructions, or intended purpose.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes your statutory rights. If eye protection is faulty or misdescribed, your legal rights still apply.

We try to ensure that all product descriptions, specifications, images, pricing, availability, and other information on this website are accurate and up to date. However, information may occasionally contain errors or omissions and may change without notice.
  • Product images are for illustration only. Colours/finishes may vary between batches and screens.
  • Manufacturers may change specifications and packaging. Where this happens, the product you receive may differ slightly from images or descriptions, provided it remains materially the same item.
You are responsible for ensuring that any product is suitable for your intended use and that you use all products safely, lawfully, and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and any guidance we provide.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for losses arising from reliance on website information or from the use or misuse of any product purchased from us, including (without limitation) indirect or consequential losses.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for:
  • death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
  • fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or
  • any other liability which cannot be limited or excluded by law.
Delivery dates and times are estimates. We are not responsible for delays outside our reasonable control (for example courier or customs delays), but this does not affect your statutory rights.
By placing an order with us, you confirm you have read and agree to this disclaimer and our Terms & Conditions.
