The WE hi-capa 5.1 is a modern take on a 1911 styled pistol. This system has a full metal construction and a straightforward design and operation making it ideal as a starting pistol and a for beginners.
The slide to the pistol is made from metal and has features that make it snappy and quick to re chamber a round. This is due to the porting venting slots located at the front of the slide which reduce the weight of the system making the blow back quicker and snappier. The venting ports also show the chrome barrel beneath. This gives the pistol a nice aesthetic and gives the pistol an excellent contrast. The slide is textured at the rear to make it easier to chamber a round. These vertical grooves at the rear of the gun make it reliable and effective at pulling the slide to the rear. On the top of the slide there is a set of iron sights which give an excellent sight window to maximise the accuracy of the pistol.
The frame of the pistol is made of metal and give the pistol a strong build and robust design which maximises the effectivity and efficiency of the system. the frame sits all of the controls which are in black metal, the controls consist of the trigger, slid catch, magazine release, external safety, and beaver tail safety grip. The safety on the pistol consists of an external safety switch and a beaver tail safety switch which will only allow the pistol to fire if the switch is down. The grip is sturdy textured polymer which allows for a comfortable non-slip grip that allows the pistol to be held all day.
