Galaxy G6 M1911 Full Metal BB Pistol Gun in Radioactive Green
The G6 pistol by Galaxy, a renowned Chinese manufacturer of bb guns known primarily for its extensive line of low-cost pistols with full metal bodies.
The G6 spring pistol shown here is an exact replica of the legendary Colt 1911 handgun, which has been in use for nearly a century.
Nearly every part of a bb gun is made from metal, making it very sturdy and giving it a noticeable weight. The pistol grip is the largest non-metal component, but it is constructed from durable ABS plastic to mimic the feel of a real firearm.
This airsoft weapon is spring-operated, so it must be cocked before each use. Pulling the slide all the way back and letting go puts it in firing position; pulling the trigger fires the weapon. It's very simple to use, which is great because, like the rest of Galaxy's g series, it lacks any sort of user manual.
The airsoft pistol has a powerful spring, allowing it to shoot 0.12g BB pellets at a muzzle velocity of around 260 FPS.
The G6's 16-round magazine is made of plastic and can be removed. On the top of the pistol's barrel are front and rear iron sights that are locked into place.
This firearm is so reasonably priced that it's well worth purchasing even if you have no intention of using it for anything other than decoration, making it ideal for either collectors or target shooters.
If your primary weapon runs out of juice, you can always bring the G6 along as a backup plan.
Since it is powered by a spring rather than gas or batteries, it is very cost-effective. The gun is reasonably priced and of high quality.
